Our Process

At Nishika, each and every step is carried out meticulously to ensure finesse and precision. With a fully-equipped factory on a sprawling area of 35,000 sq. ft. and 275 workers operating day in and day out, all the pieces are manufactured to perfection.
First and foremost, the fabric is obtained from the suppliers. 

The fabric is then subjected to a relaxation process where it can shrink, in order to minimize the cloth reduction during the consumer usage.

This is followed by cutting the fabric, aligning each ply neatly over the other and laying out patterns on top of the spread. Finally, the fabric is cut as the shape of garment forms again, either manually or mechanically. 

The fabric is then embroidered by automated machinery or screen printed by applying screen painted graphics on the cloth. Next, the fabric goes for stitching or sewing, followed by a checking at the end of the sewing line to avoid any manufacturing faults. 

The fabric is then transferred to fussing and further shifted to the ironing section for final pressing. Lastly, the garments are folded, tagged, sized, and packed. They are then arranged in the cardboard boxes and further shipped to our beloved clients.
